What we collect, and why
When you ask for a quote
The form asks for your name and email address, and lets you add your business, phone, quantity, size, quality, a message and your logo file. All of it reaches us by email; none of it is stored in a database on this website. Along with the message we record your IP address and the time of sending, only to tell real enquiries from automated spam; the server also keeps a scrambled copy of the IP to stop flooding — it stops counting after one hour and is deleted the next time the form is used.
Legal basis: preparing a quote you asked for is a pre-contractual step; stopping abuse is our legitimate interest.
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp
We keep the conversation so we can answer you and, if you order, deliver the job. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp itself; from that point the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
When you browse this site
We use Google Analytics 4. Only if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit does it set cookies and measure your visit individually. If you decline, no analytics cookies are written, only anonymous cookieless signals reach Google (its consent mode), and nothing on the site stops working. Google does not receive your full IP address.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs, as every web server does.
Why we are allowed to: analytics runs on your consent alone. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Nothing else is stored on your device. There is no advertising, no remarketing and no tracking across other websites.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: 12 months from your last message.
- Orders: 6 years, under the Spanish accounting obligations that apply to the company.
- Anti-spam record: stops counting after one hour and is deleted the next time the form is used.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their marketing. It is handled only by our hosting provider (Spain, inside the EEA) and, if an order ships, the carrier. If you accept analytics, your visit data is also processed by Google Ireland Limited as our processor, and may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, and you can object to its use. Write to info@tuservilleta.com and we answer within one month, at no cost. You may also complain to the data-protection authority that applies to you; as the controller is a Spanish company, the reference authority is the Spanish AEPD.

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the date above.
